It's principal, Jim Bard, brings 40 years professional experience working for the firm he co-founded, Basin Research Associates, Inc., large architect and engineering firms (CH2M HILL, Inc. and Cardno, Ltd.), and a large regional cultural resources management consulting firm (SWCA Environmental Consultants).
