ANCIENT ARTIFACT LLC offers clients the extensive and broad ranging experience of seasoned cultural resources management professionals through a low overhead and responsive small business platform.

It's principal, Jim Bard, brings 40 years professional experience working for the firm he co-founded, Basin Research Associates, Inc., large architect and engineering firms (CH2M HILL, Inc. and Cardno, Ltd.), and a large regional cultural resources management consulting firm (SWCA Environmental Consultants).

Knowledge comes, but wisdom lingers. It may not be difficult to store up in the mind a vast quantity of facts within a comparatively short time, but the ability to form judgments requires the severe discipline of hard work and the tempering heat of experience and maturity. Calvin Coolidge

The mission of ANCIENT ARTIFACT LLC is to provide clients with timely and cost effective cultural resources management consulting services harnessing Dr. Bard and Ancient Artifact's network of similarly seasoned professionals and partners.

Experience is one thing you can't get for nothing. Oscar WIlde
